We're transitioning all customers to a faster top-up process. If your wallet isn’t upgraded yet, follow these steps to top up. All customers will receive the upgrade soon.

To use your Pemo cards, you’ll need to ensure your company’s Wallet is topped up. In this article, we’ll cover:

How to add money to your Pemo Wallet

Your Pemo Wallet is the source of funds for all your Pemo cards. Keeping it well-funded ensures smooth transactions and uninterrupted business. Here’s how to top up your Wallet quickly and easily.

From Web App

  1. Log In: Start by logging into your Pemo account.

  2. Go to Top Up: On your dashboard, click the “Top Up” button on the right-hand side.

  1. Get Transfer Details: Click "View Bank Information" , you’ll find all the details you need for the transfer, including the Pemo Reference number, IBAN, SWIFT code, and more.

  1. Complete Your Bank Transfer: Use details you see when you click View Bank Information" to complete the bank transfer. Remember to add your Pemo Reference when making the transfer.

Pemo Power Tip: When making the transfer, be sure to include the code shown in the “Reference Number” field. This may be labeled differently depending on your bank, like “remark” or “description.”

From Mobile App

  1. Open the Pemo Mobile App

  • Launch the Pemo app on your mobile device.

  1. Access Your Wallet

  • At the top of the screen, tap on the wallet icon.

  1. Initiate the Top-Up

  • Click on the 'Top Up' button.

  1. View Bank Information

  • Read the instructions provided, then tap 'View Bank Information' to see the details of your wallet, including the Pemo Reference, IBAN, SWIFT, and other necessary information.

  • Use this information to make a bank transfer from your business bank account to your Pemo wallet.

Your balance will be topped up once the transfer arrives successfully within 1-2 business days, usually depending on your bank.
