The Cash Balance feature helps you track all withdrawn cash and ensure every dirham is accounted for.
It allows admins to monitor outstanding balances, while team members can easily settle expenses through Pocket submissions or direct reimbursements.

Each spender has a personal cash balance:
Cash withdrawal = Decrease in balance This shows how much the employee owes to the company.
Approved out of pocket expense = Increase in balance This reduces or clears the outstanding amount.
