πŸ’³Transactions

Use this tab to export all Pemo card activity, including purchases, refunds, fees, and cashback.

To make things easier to follow, we’ve added helpful labels that break down what you’re seeing. The number on the image matches with the below description

  1. Wallet Reconciliation Graph

A quick view of how much has already been exported.

This graph gives your finance team a snapshot of export progress across two key areas:

  • Card transactions – See what percentage of card activity has been exported

  • Wallet movements – Track how much wallet activity (like top-ups) is already exported

  1. Transaction Type β€’ Purchase: A regular card payment β€’ Card Check: A test charge by the merchant β€’ Top-up: Funds added to your Pemo wallet β€’ Refund: Money returned by the merchant (the original transaction will still be visible within Pemo) β€’ Withdrawal: Cash taken out from an ATM

  2. Transaction Status

  • Completed – the transaction went through successfully and the funds were transferred as expected

  • Reversed – the transaction was cancelled or refunded; the funds were not deducted or have been returned

  • Pending – the transaction is still being processed; no action is needed unless it stays pending too long such as 7 days.

  • Declined – the transaction failed (click the transaction for more details and how to fix it)

  1. Receipt Verification Pemo’s AI verifies if a receipt matches the expense using: β€’ Amount & currency β€’ Date β€’ Tax invoice compliance

  2. Approval Status - based on the approval policy setup by your company β€’ Approval Needed: The transaction exceeds company policy and needs approval β€’ Not Needed: It’s within policyβ€”no approval required β€’ Approved: It needed approval and has been approved
