How long it takes for the money to arrive?
If you send funds before 12:00 PM, they typically arrive on the same day. If not, they will arrive by the end of the following banking day.
Please note that the time it takes for a bank transfer to reach your Pemo account depends on the processing time of the sender's bank, over which Pemo has no control.
If your funds do not appear in your account within two banking days of doing the transfer, please contact us at support@pemo.io.
Can I top-up my wallet via cash, card or cheque?
Unfortunately no, You can load your wallet only via a bank transfer from a business bank account that's under your entity name in the country where your business/company has been verified with us.
I forgot to put the Pemo reference code in the bank transfer, what do I do?
Just reach out to support via chat or email support@pemo.io and send a screenshot or copy of the transfer that you made where it highlights the amount and the account number from where the transfer was sent.
What happens if you send money from the wrong account
Pemo can only accept your incoming transfer if it comes from a UAE business bank account with the same company name as your Pemo registered account. If the transfer comes from a personal bank account or the original sender details are not readable or do not match your account name, Pemo will not accept the money.
If you accidentally send money from the wrong account, Pemo will refund it back to you. It can take up to ten business days for the refund to process. Sometimes, Pemo may need proof of transfer before sending the money back, and they will contact your Pemo admin via email, phone or WhatsApp.
Can I top-up my wallet from a foreign bank account
Unfortunately no. You can load your wallet only via a bank transfer from a business bank account under your entity name in the country where your business/company has been verified with us.
How to withdraw funds from your wallet?
It's possible to withdraw funds from your Pemo wallet; just reach out to support through chat or support@pemo.io to submit your request and highlight the amount that you need to withdraw. The support team will process your request and transfer the funds back to your business bank account.
