There are times when you might need to freeze or terminate a Pemo card—like when a team member leaves the company, a physical card is lost, or the details of a virtual or physical card have been compromised.

Freezing and Unfreezing a Card Freezing a card is a quick way to temporarily disable it. This is useful if you want to prevent further charges until you’re sure the card is secure, or if you suspect the card details might be compromised but aren't certain yet.

You can unfreeze the card anytime to resume using it as usual.

Who Can Freeze or Unfreeze a Card?

  • Admins: Can freeze or unfreeze any card in Pemo.

  • Team Members: Can only freeze or unfreeze their own cards.

This flexibility ensures that both admins and team members can manage card security efficiently.

To freeze a card:

Freezing a card can be done in seconds! Check out the steps involved below ⬇️

Freezing a card is super quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log In: Open the Pemo app and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Cards: Head to the "Cards" tab.

  3. Select the Card: Choose the card you want to freeze.

  4. Freeze It: Click the "Freeze Card" button.

  5. Confirmation: Confirm you want to freeze the card you've selected.

Ready to use it again? Just head back to the same spot and click "Unfreeze Card." It’s that simple!

  1. Log In: Open the Pemo app and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Cards: Head to the "Cards" tab.

  3. Select the Card: Choose the card you want to freeze.

  4. Head to setttings: Click the "Setting" button

  5. Freeze Time: Select Freeze card

  6. Confirmation: Confirm you want to freeze the card you've selected

Getting your card back in action is a breeze. Here’s how:

  1. Log In: Open the Pemo app and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Cards: Head to the "Cards" tab.

  3. Select the Card: Choose the card you want to unfreeze.

  4. Unfreeze It: Click the "Unfreeze Card" button, and your card is ready to use again!

It’s that simple—back to business in no time!

  1. Log in to the Pemo app using your credentials.

  2. Head to the cards tab, and select the card you want to unfreeze.

  3. Tap on the Settings icon

  4. Select "Unfreeze Card" to reactivate your card.

Terminate cards

Unlike freezing, terminating a card permanently disables and cancels it. Once a card is terminated, it cannot be recovered—ever. Make sure this is the step you want to take before proceeding!

Terminating a card is a straightforward process, but keep in mind—it’s permanent. Once terminated, the card can’t be recovered. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log In: Open the Pemo app and log in to your account.

  2. Go to Cards: Navigate to the "Cards" tab.

  3. Select the Card: Choose the card you want to terminate.

  4. Terminate It: Click the "Terminate Card" button. Confirm your decision, and the card will be permanently disabled.

Pemo Power Tip: Remember, this action is final—make sure termination is the right move before you proceed!

  1. Log in to the Pemo app using your credentials.

  2. Head to the cards tab, and select the card you want to terminate.

  3. Tap on the Settings icon

  4. Select "Terminate card" and then confirm you want to terminate this card. Once terminated you will be no longer able to spend on this card and it can not be reactivated again.
