Freeze, Unfreeze and terminate cards

You might need to freeze or terminate a Pemo card in several scenarios. For example, if a team member leaves the company, if a physical card is lost, or if the details of either a virtual or physical card have been compromised.

Freezing and Unfreezing a Card

Freezing can be used to disable a card temporarily, for example, when you want to make sure that no other charges come from this card until further notice or you suspect that the card details have been compromised, but you are not sure yet.

You can unfreeze the card and start using it again whenever you want.

Both Admin and the Team Members can freeze and unfreeze cards, but admins can freeze any card on Pemo, while team members can only do that for their own cards.

Terminate cards

Unlike freezing, terminating cards can be used to permenenty disable/cancel a card.

Terminated cards can never be recovered again!
