So, you’ve ordered your Pemo card—nice move! Now you’re probably wondering: Where is it? Good news: tracking your card is easy and only takes a few taps.
Here’s how to do it:
Open the Pemo app on mobile or desktop and head to the 'Cards' tab This is where all your active and pending cards live.
Click the “In delivery” filter This helps you quickly find cards that are currently being delivered.
Select the card you want to track Tap on the specific card, and you’ll see the delivery status right there.

Preparing for delivery
We’ve got your card ready—it’s being packed and handed off to the courier.
Delivery today
Your card is out for delivery. Make sure someone’s available to receive it.
Delivery attempt failed
The courier couldn’t deliver your card. We will attempt delivery on the next working day.
Update delivery address
There’s an issue with your address. You’ll need to login into the Aramex platform using the number linked to the card delivery to update your address for delivery.
Returned
The card was sent back to us. Please reach out to us to re-order your card.
Update contact information
There’s a problem with your contact details. You’ll need to login into the Aramex platform using the number linked to the card delivery to update your address for delivery.
Ready for pickup
Your card is available at your selected pickup point. Tap to see the location.
Pending activation
You’ve received your card—now it’s time to activate it and start using it!
