Requesting your Pemo card

If you’re not a card approver, you can request one in a few clicks. Pemo makes it easy to request, track, and manage your spending—all in one app.

Your Pemo card works like a debit card, powered by Mastercard and linked to your company’s Pemo wallet. Once approved, you can use it instantly for online or in-store purchases within your assigned limits.


Types of Pemo Cards

1. Corporate Card (Physical or Virtual)

For everyday business spending.

  • Request this card with preset spend limits that reset every cycle.

  • Limits and spending categories are managed by your admin.

  • Ideal for recurring payments, subscriptions, or regular team expenses.


2. Pre-Approval Card (Physical or Virtual)

For one-off or flexible spending needs.

  • Request funds for specific purposes—your admin approved the amount when creating the card or later.

  • Perfect for supplier payments, campaigns, business trips, or purchase orders.

  • Great option when you need spending approval before use.


3. Single-Use Virtual Card (Virtual Only)

For one-time online payments.

  • Automatically expires after use for added security.

  • Best for ad-hoc or high-risk purchases.

  • Not suitable for subscriptions or recurring payments.


Card Formats

  • Physical Cards – For in-person payments or ATM withdrawals. Delivered within 72 hours of approval.

  • Virtual Cards – For online transactions like ads, SaaS, or quick purchases. Available instantly after approval.


How It Works

  1. Submit a card request in your Pemo app.

  2. Approvers are notified automatically—any one of them can approve your request.

  3. You’ll get a notification once your card is approved.

  4. Virtual cards are available instantly. Physical cards arrive within 72 hours.

How to track your card delivery?

If you've requested a pshyical card it should be delivered in 3 - 5 businees days and you can track it easily within your Pemo app
