After agreeing, Pemo will start syncing data from your account. Once the sync is complete, finalize the accounting setup by selecting the âPayment account.â This is the account within Wafeq where expenses made with your Pemo account will be synced and reflected.
If you haven't created a Payment Account dedicated to Pemo yet within Wafeq, you can create one directly in the same field. Just input the preferred name for the new Payment Account and select "Confirm." Weâve simplified the process, enabling you to set up the required account smoothly.
Note the created bank account from Pemo will be in AED currency.
Once you've connected your accounting software to Pemo can activate Pemo Copilot, meaning your expenses will be auto categorized using AI.

Pemoâs "Accounting Export" page acts as your to-do list, displaying only settled expenses ready for review. Authorized but unsettled expenses wonât appear because their billing amounts might still change or bounce back.
