Getting your entire team on Pemo is key to making the most of our platform. That’s why we’ve made it simple to invite, manage, and organize your users.

You can invite users one by one or if you want to save time you can bulk invite you team as well.

Pemo Power Tip: When someone signs up to Pemo with your company’s email address, we’ll automatically add them to your company’s Pemo account. You’ll receive an email notification so you can issue them a card right away.

How Invites Work

When you invite someone to join Pemo, they’ll receive an email with a secure link to sign up and join your company account. To start using Pemo cards, they’ll need to complete their user verification.

If needed, you can easily resend invites. Just go to 'Members & Teams', select the member, and click the 'Resend Invite' button.

You can also cancel an invite if it hasn’t been accepted yet. To do this, go to 'Members & Teams', select the member, and click the 'Cancel Invite' button.
