How to view/change my physical card PIN
  • Open your Pemo mobile app

  • Go to the cards tab and identify the card that you need to change the PIN for

  • Click "Settings"

  • Select "View PIN" or "Change PIN"

How can I view my virtual card details?

You can view the details of your virtual card ( number, date, and CVV) from either your Pemo mobile app or the web app. Check this page for more details.

Can I pay security deposits with my Pemo card?

Yes, you can pay security deposits with your Pemo card. Once the merchant releases the deposit, it will be refunded to your organization's wallet.

Please notice that security deposits might affect your card's monthly budget, although it will be refunded to the wallet. So we recommend

Can I add my Pemo card to Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay?

Yes, you can add your pemo card, either Physical, Virtual, or Single Use Virtual Card to your mobile wallet. We have now Google Pay, Samsung Pay & Apple Pay available.

Just go to your mobile wallet app on your phone and add a new card, then enter your Pemo card details, then complete the OTP authentication.

Can I add my Pemo card to a Paypal account?

Yes, you can add your pemo card, either Physical, Virtual, or Single Use Virtual Card to your PayPal account.

Just go to your PayPal account and add the card details, then complete the OTP authentication.

Can I pay with my card internationally?

Yes, Pemo cards can be used internationally where ever Visa is supported. To understand the associated fees, visit this page.

Can I withdraw cash from my Pemo Card?

Yes, you can withdraw cash from your Pemo Physical card. To understand the associated fees, visit this page.

Can someone else receive the delivered physical card on my behalf?

The card will be delivered and handed over to the cardholder only, so they must be at the delivery address with their valid EID. Special deliveries are possible and must be communicated in advance to the support team at support@pemo.io
