Manage Expenses as an Admin/Financial Controller

As an Admin in Pemo, you can track and manage all your organization's expenses in several ways. Here are some recommended methods to help you stay on top of your spending:

Pemo Admin Dashboard

The dashboard provides an over for:

  • Your organization's total spending over a certain period and trends in the spending. Also you filter by team or members.

  • All pending actions for all team members, such as how many expenses are missing receipts or awaiting approval.

  • How many cards are active, pending activation, or frozen

  • Your current wallet balance

Expenses Tab

The expenses tab allows you to dig deeper into expenses. You can use various filters to search for specific expenses, such as filtering by expense type, date, tags or merchants, etc...

Collaborate with your team right within Pemo

You can collaborate with your team by adding comments on any of the expenses; as an admin or a financial controller, you can ask for clarifications, or anything else related to the expense. Once you add a comment, the user who created the expense will be notified, and once they reply, you will be notified as well.

Approving and Rejecting expenses

Pemo allows you to set up customized approval policies and flows for your expenses to make sure that you always stay on top of your company's spending.

Mobile App

The Pemo mobile app allows you to track your expenses as well on the go. Also, you can easily add expenses and receipts from your phone, making tracking your expenses convenient.
