About your card spending limits

Pemo card limits

Each pemo card has certain limitations defined by the Admin in your organization. Here are the three Pemo card limits and a brief explanation of each one:
  1. 1.
    Monthly Spending Limit: This is the maximum amount you can spend using the card in a single calendar month. Once you reach this limit, the card will be declined until the start of the next calendar month.
  2. 2.
    Maximum Transaction Limit: This is the highest amount you can spend in a single transaction using the card. If you try to make a purchase that exceeds this limit, the card will be declined.
  3. 3.
    Allowed Spending Categories: This is a list of spending categories that have been pre-approved by your organization's admin/s for use with the Pemo card. Any transactions made outside of these categories will be declined. This limit helps ensure that the card is only used for authorized purchases.

Where to find these limits

To find the card spending limits on Pemo, follow these steps:

From the Mobile App

  1. 1.
    Open the Pemo mobile app and go to the cards tab
  2. 2.
    If you have more than one card, scroll to the card that you want to find its limits.
  3. 3.
    You will be able to see there in below the card's limits and how much has been spent from it this month. The other limits can be seen on the Web app.

From the Web App

  • Log in to your Pemo account.
  • Click on the "Cards" tab to identify the card you want to find its limits.
  • You will find there the limits listed in the table columns
