We’re now supporting employee onboarding for workers in that are residents from the following countries : Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan 🚀

If you're a non UAE residentd and need to get started with Pemo, here's your step-by-step guide to complete the identity verification process.


✅ Before You Begin (Team Member Step)

Make sure you have everything you need:

  • You’ve joined an active, KYB-approved business account on Pemo (invited + accepted).

  • You have your physical Passport and Residence Card / ID ready.

    • 📌 Egyptian residents: Use your National ID in place of a driving license.

📱 Step-by-Step KYC Instructions (Team Member Step)

  1. Accept your invite to join your company’s Pemo account (check your email).

  2. Create your account, download the Pemo App, and log in.

  3. Start the Identity Verification in the app:

    • Agree to the Terms & Conditions.

    • Submit the first step.

    • Exit the app when prompted to continue with Onfido.

  1. You will then recieve a link to your phone, please open this custom Onfido link from your mobile phone. Onfido is our user verification partner.


📝 What You’ll Need to Do in Onfido: (Team Member Step)

  1. Enter your personal details

    • First Name, Last Name, Nationality (as per your Passport)

  2. Take a photo of your Passport

    • Select the issuing country and follow the prompts to take a clear photo (uploads are not allowed).

  3. Verify your Residence Permit / ID

    • Select the country you currently live in

    • Take photos of the front and back of your Residence Card or National ID (for Egypt).

  4. Record a quick verification video

  5. Submit your application

When taking a photo of your ID: You’ll now upload a clear photo of the front and back of your Emirates ID. Make sure the image is not blurry, and capture all four edges of the ID. Note: Do not use a scanned or digital copy—only a physical ID is allowed.


📧 Final Step: Email Us (Admin Step)

Once completed, send an email to: support@pemo.io witht he following subject line: COMPANY NAME - PEMO - NON-UAE KYC

Include the following:

  • ✅ A signed employment letter listing all non-UAE team members (template below)

  • ✅ A copy of each employee’s Passport

  • ✅ A copy of each employee’s ID (front and back)

🚚 After Submission

  • Our team will verify your documents — this usually takes 1–2 weeks.

  • Once approved, you can issue company cards to your non-UAE employees.

  • Cards will be delivered to your Dubai office for onward delivery by your team.
