Top up your wallet

The Pemo e-wallet is where your funds are deposited, and all the Pemo cards you have in your account will be spending from the funds in this wallet fund. You can read more about the Pemo wallet here.
We recommend topping up the wallet with a balance that covers all the cards in your account based on their monthly limits. If the wallet doesn't have sufficient balance to cover a specific transaction, the transaction will be declined regardless of whether the card has reached its monthly limit.
The wallet is topped up by a classic transfer from your bank to your Pemo wallet. To get the details of the transfer that you need to do (IBAN, Swift, etc...), follow the next steps:

    Log in to your account

    On your dashboard, click " Top Up" on the right.

    The details of the transfer that you need to do will be displayed there
Make sure you add a remark to your transfer which should have the code displayed in "Reference Number" as part of the details. Notice that this field could be called differently from one bank to another, like remark or description.
Your balance will be topped up once the transfer arrives successfully within 1 business day, usually depending on your bank.
