🧠Understanding Pemo Subscription Fees
Managing company spend shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why Pemo keeps its pricing simple, transparent, and flexible. Here’s everything you need to know about how subscription fees work and what advanced features you unlock as you grow.
What are Pemo’s subscription plans?
Pemo’s monthly subscription fees are based on the plan you choose and the number of card users you need.
👉 A card user is anyone you assign a physical or virtual Pemo card to.

What do advanced plans unlock?
As your business grows, upgrading your plan gives you access to extra features designed for scale and control:
Approval workflows – Set up multi-level approvals and custom policies.
Spend analytics – Unlock dashboards to track and analyze company-wide spending.
Team organization – Structure your company by departments or cost centers.
Vendor invoice management – Upload, approve, and pay vendor invoices directly in Pemo.
Dedicated support – Get a customer success manager, custom onboarding, and priority assistance.
Cashback benefits – Earn up to 1% cashback on ad spend and enjoy reduced FX fees.
How are subscription fees collected?
You can pay in two simple ways:
By Card – Add your company card under Settings > Billing.
By Pemo Wallet – Fees can be deducted directly from your wallet balance.
If no card is added, your Pemo Wallet automatically becomes your default payment method.
What happens if a payment fails?
If your card is declined or no payment method is set up, you’ll see an outstanding balance in your account.
Fixing it takes just three steps:
Open the Pemo app
Go to Settings > Billing
Add or update your payment method

Once updated, your balance will be cleared in the next billing cycle.
Where to find your invoices
All invoices are available in the Billing section of your app. You can download them anytime for your records.
