Encountering issues during the integration? Check the following:

  • Disabled Account: Confirm that your Zoho Books account is active and not disabled.

  • OAuth Errors: If facing OAuth errors, double-check the authorization process and ensure correct credentials.

  • Unconfirmed Account: if your Zoho Books account is unverified you will see this, just verify from your email and then try to connect again.

  • Zoho Books Account Permissions: Ensure that your Zoho Books account has sufficient permissions to be integrated with Pemo.

If you are invited as an Accountant, the connection will fail as Accountants don’t have sufficient permissions to fetch Vendors or to create Expenses and Bills in Zoho Books.

An alternative way around is to ask Zoho Books Admin to grant the required permissions for your account to be able to connect properly.
