🔄Exporting Withdrawals & Pocket Expenses

💳 Cash Withdrawals

Before the update: Withdrawals were exported as expenses Now: They’re exported as fund transfers, improving accuracy

  • New withdrawals:

    • Appear in the Cash Withdrawals section

    • Export as a transfer from your wallet to the spender

    • Creates a liability on the spender’s balance

  • Existing withdrawals (before introduction of our new cash balance feature):

    • Still processed as card expenses

    • Won’t affect the new Cash Balance tracking

🟡 Make sure the spender is linked to an account before exporting. See guide.

🧾 Pocket Expenses

Before the introduction of our new cash balance feature: Exported as bills Now: Exported as standard expense transactions from the spender’s account

  • New Pocket Expenses:

    • Appear in the Pocket Expenses section

    • Adjust the spender’s balance once approved

    • Exported from the spender’s account directly

  • Existing Pocket Expenses (before introduction of our new cash balance feature):

    • Exported using the old logic

    • Do not affect current balances

🟡 Spender must be linked to an account for proper export - see guide.
