Creating out-of-pocket expense

Pemo makes it easy for the team to track all their expenses in one place, including those that are not made with Pemo cards. These expenses, known as "out-of-pocket" expenses, can be added manually to the Pemo platform.

Here's how to add out-of-pocket expenses in Pemo:

From Web App

  1. From the expenses tab, click "Create Expense".

  2. Enter the details of the expense, including the date of the purchase, the amount, and the store/merchant where the expense was made.

  3. If you have a receipt for the expense, you can take a photo of it and upload it to Pemo. And you can add any notes or tags you want.

  4. Click "Save" to add the expense to your Pemo account.

From Mobile App

You can also add out-of-pocket expenses through the Pemo mobile app. Simply open the app and go to the "expenses" tab, and click "Pocket Expense". Then add the receipt, date of purchase, amount, and store/merchant.

By adding all of your expenses to Pemo, you can easily track your spending and stay on top of your budget. You can also add team members to your account and assign expenses to them if needed, making it easy to collaborate and manage expenses as a team.
