The Expenses tab in Pemo gives you a full view of your business expenses, allowing you to track and manage all expenses in real time.
Here’s a quick overview of the three main statuses:
Approved – The expense has been reviewed and accepted.
Pending – The expense is awaiting approval.
Rejected – The expense was not approved, typically due to missing information or policy non-compliance.
In the Remarks column, users can see if an expense has been flagged. This usually means:
A flag icon indicates that required information is missing based on the company’s submission policy.
A speech bubble icon means a team member has left a comment on the expense.
By keeping an eye on these statuses and remarks, users can quickly resolve any flagged expenses and ensure smooth financial tracking.
