The Pemo e-wallet is where your funds are deposited, and all the Pemo cards you have in your account will spend from the funds in this wallet.
The wallet is an escrow account held at our partner bank (Mashreq bank). The funds are securely held at the bank, separate from Pemo's or their financial partners' business bank accounts and assets. Pemo does not receive, hold, transfer, or come into possession of your funds at any time.
We recommend topping up the wallet with a balance that covers all the cards in your account based on their monthly limits. If the wallet doesn't have sufficient balance to cover a specific transaction, the transaction will be declined regardless of whether the card has reached its monthly limit.
