How to add money to your Pemo Wallet

The wallet is topped up by a classic transfer from your bank to your Pemo wallet. To get the details of the transfer that you need to make (IBAN, Swift, etc...), follow the next steps:

From Web App

  1. Log in to your account

  2. On your dashboard, click " Top Up" on the right.

  1. Read the instructions, then click "View Bank Information" to view the details of your wallet (IBAN, Swift, etc.) to where you need to make the bank transfer from your business bank account.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you add the "Reference Number" while filling in these details in your online banking. The reference number can be added to the field called "description," "reference," or "remark." The naming of the field depends on your bank.

Your balance will be topped up once the transfer arrives successfully within 1-2 business days, usually depending on your bank.

From Mobile App

  1. Open your Pemo mobile app

  2. Click on the wallet icon at the top of the screen

  3. Click "Top up"
