Starting a free trial of a paid plan

You can try a paid plan free for 30 days before you pay anything. The trial gives full access to the plan's features, and no card details are needed to start it.

Before you start: Only an admin with permission to manage plans can start a trial. You can start it in the Pemo web app or in the Pemo mobile app. Each organisation can use one free trial, so once a trial has been used the option no longer appears. The account must not be on hold.

Start the trial in the Pemo web app

  1. In the left sidebar, open Settings → Subscription plans.

  2. Find the paid plan you want to try.

  3. Select Start free 30-day trial.

The trial starts straight away and the plan's features unlock. The plans page then shows Free trial with a label such as Day 3 of 30, and your first payment is deducted from your Pemo Wallet after the trial ends. For the warnings you see before the trial ends, see Free trial questions, answered. If the trial expires and you do not upgrade, your organisation is moved to the Starter plan. This applies even if you were previously on a legacy plan, as you will not return to that plan.

Start the trial in the Pemo mobile app

  1. Open More → Plans.

  2. Tap the paid plan you want to try.

  3. Tap Start free 30-day trial.

If you are not an admin

  • Ask an admin in your company to start the trial. The upgrade panel lists your Account administrators so you know who to speak to.

To see what each plan includes and costs, read Subscription plans and pricing and Understanding Pemo Subscription Fees.
