Free trial questions, answered

Answers to the questions customers ask about trying a paid plan free for 30 days.

How long does the free trial last?

30 days. The plans page counts it for you, showing a label such as Day 3 of 30 while the trial runs.

Do I need to enter card details to start a trial?

No. The plans page states Full access. No credit card required.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your first plan payment is deducted from your Pemo Wallet on the expiry date shown on the plans page. Before that date the page warns you, with a message such as Free trial expires in 3 days and then Free trial expires today.

Can I start a second free trial?

No. The free trial can be used once per organisation. Once it has been used, the page shows Free trial expired with the date, and the Start free 30-day trial button is replaced by Upgrade now.

Why can't I see the option to start a trial?

The trial is available only to admins who can manage plans, only while the account is not on hold, and only if your organisation has not used a trial already. For who can start a trial and where, see Starting a free trial of a paid plan.

Can I start a trial if I'm already on a paid plan?

No. The trial is for trying a paid plan you are not on yet, so it is not offered on a paid plan, for example Premium or Enterprise.
