How to replace an expiring or expired card for free

Updated today

If your card is marked as “Expiring” or “Expired”, you can replace it directly from your Pemo dashboard in a few clicks for free.

What happens when you replace a card

  • A new card is issued to the same cardholder.

  • All existing controls (limits, rules, restrictions) are copied to the new card.

  • You can edit controls anytime on the new card.

  • The old card will:

    • Stay active until 30 days after expiry, or

    • Stop immediately if you freeze or terminate it.

Remember to update your card details to the new card anywhere it is saved, such as: Subscriptions, Online tools, SaaS platforms and recurring payments
