How to report a lost, stolen, or damaged card (and get a replacement)

If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, replace it right away. This protects your company and keeps spending under control.

Important to know

  • When you confirm a replacement, your current card is terminated immediately and can’t be used again.

  • A new card will be issued to the same cardholder with the same controls. You can edit these anytime.


On Desktop

  1. Go to the Cards tab.

  2. Select the card you want to report.

  3. Click “Replace card”.

  4. Choose the reason:

    • Lost

    • Stolen

    • Damaged / broken

  5. Tick the box confirming:
    “Once replaced, your current card will be terminated immediately.”

  6. Click Confirm to order your replacement.

Your replacement card will appear in your account once issued.


On Mobile

  1. Open the app and go to the Cards tab.

  2. Tap the card you want to report.

  3. Go to Card settings.

  4. Tap “Replace card”.

  5. Select the reason:

    • Lost

    • Stolen

    • Damaged / broken

  6. Confirm that you understand:
    “Once replaced, your current card will be terminated immediately.”

  7. Tap Confirm to order your replacement
