How to add your Pemo Receipt Inbox on the main Ad Platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)

Copy Your Personal Pemo Receipt Inbox Email

  1. Log in to your Pemo dashboard.

  2. Go to More → Receipts Inbox.

  3. Copy your personal receipt inbox email address

  4. Use this address when updating your billing settings on each ad platform.

This ensures every invoice and receipt is automatically sent to Pemo, helping your team close books faster.


TikTok Ads

Purpose: Send all TikTok Ads invoices and billing emails directly to your Pemo receipt inbox.

Steps:

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Go to Account Setup or Billing Information.

  3. Click Edit next to your billing details.

  4. Update the billing email address with your Pemo receipt inbox.

  5. Click Save to confirm.

  6. Optional: Trigger a new invoice or transaction to confirm the receipt arrives in Pemo.

Notes:

  • Only users with admin or financial roles can edit billing settings.

  • Some billing fields (like business name or currency) can’t be changed once the account is created.

  • Updates to your billing email apply to future invoices — past invoices remain unchanged.


Google Ads or Google Workspace

Purpose: Route all Google billing receipts straight to your Pemo inbox.

Steps for Google Workspace:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin Console as an administrator.

  2. Go to Billing → Payment Accounts.

  3. Under Payments Contacts, select the contact you want to update.

  4. Click Edit, replace the email with your Pemo receipt inbox, and Save.

  5. Verify the new email address if Google prompts you to.

Steps for Google Ads:

  1. Open Google Ads.

  2. Navigate to Billing → Settings.

  3. Look for the Billing Contact Email field.

  4. Replace it with your Pemo receipt inbox and Save.

Notes:

  • Only users with billing admin access can update payment contacts.

  • You may need to verify the new address before invoices start being sent to it.

  • Once saved, all future Google billing emails will go to your Pemo inbox automatically.


Facebook (Meta) Ads

Purpose: Make sure Facebook invoices are automatically delivered to your Pemo inbox.

Steps:

  1. Log in to Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager.

  2. Go to Billing & Payments.

  3. Locate your ad account and open Payment Settings.

  4. Click the three dots (⋯) next to your payment method.

  5. Select Edit Billing Information or Add Email Address.

  6. Enter your Pemo receipt inbox email and Save.

  7. Optional: Remove any outdated billing contacts to keep things tidy.

Notes:

  • You’ll need admin or finance permissions to edit billing info.

  • You can add multiple billing contacts if your team needs invoice visibility.

  • Changes take effect immediately — future receipts will be sent to your Pemo inbox.

Once these updates are complete, all your ad platform invoices will automatically flow into your Pemo receipt inbox.
