Step 1: Copy Your Personal Pemo Receipt Inbox Email
Log in to Pemo.
Go to More → Receipts Inbox.
Copy your receipt inbox email .
Use this address in the platforms below to ensure invoices go directly into Pemo.
Adobe (Creative Cloud / Teams)
Sign in to your Adobe Account.
Go to Plans → Manage plan → Billing and payment.
Update your Adobe ID (Primary Email) under Account → Account information.
For Teams, open the Admin Console → Account → Billing history to view or email invoices.
If you need a separate billing-only email, contact Adobe Support for setup.
Notes:
Changing your primary Adobe email updates where Adobe sends receipts and notifications.
Admins on team accounts can re-email past invoices from the Console.
QuickBooks Online (Intuit)
In QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon (⚙) → Account and settings.
Select Company → Contact info → Company email.
Replace your current address with your Pemo inbox and Save.
To change the sender email for invoices you send out, update Customer-facing email in Company settings.
Notes:
“Company email” is used by Intuit for billing and system messages.
You can set a separate “Customer-facing email” for outgoing invoices.
Twilio (and SendGrid)
Log in to your Twilio Console.
Go to Billing → Settings → Notifications or Preferences.
Find Invoice Email Recipients.
Add your Pemo inbox email and Save.
For SendGrid, go to Settings → Account Details → Billing to confirm your billing contacts.
Notes:
Twilio lets you set multiple recipients for invoices and CSV supplements.
Invoices are sent automatically to addresses in Billing Preferences.
Replit
Log in to your Replit account.
Go to Account → Billing to review your payment details.
If the billing email isn’t editable, submit a Billing Support Ticket requesting that invoices be sent to your Pemo inbox.
Confirm with the support team once the change is complete.
Notes:
Replit doesn’t currently offer a direct way to edit billing recipient emails.
Support can manually route invoices to your desired inbox.
DigitalOcean
Log in to DigitalOcean.
Go to Settings → Billing / Team Settings.
Update your Contact Email with your Pemo inbox.
Review and update company name, address, or tax info as needed.
Click Save.
Notes:
Changes affect only future invoices — past ones remain unchanged.
Zoho Books
In Zoho Books, go to Settings → Organization Profile.
Add your Pemo inbox as the new Primary Contact Email.
Verify the email address.
Under Manage Subscription → Billing Details, confirm your contact and address.
Save your changes.
Notes:
Only the primary contact receives billing notifications and receipts.
Verification is required before Zoho activates the new email.
Figma
Log in to Figma.
Go to Admin Settings → Billing → Billing Contacts.
Add your Pemo inbox (you can include multiple contacts separated by commas).
Click Save Changes.
Notes:
Billing contacts receive invoices, renewal notices, and payment confirmations.
Available for Team, Org, or Enterprise plans.
Cloudflare
Log in to your Cloudflare Dashboard.
Click Billing → Invoices & Documents.
Select Billing Email Preferences → Change Email Address.
Enter your Pemo inbox and Save.
Turn on Email Invoices if you want PDF copies sent automatically.
Notes:
The billing email can differ from your login email.
PDF invoices are sent automatically after each billing cycle.
GitHub (Organizations / Enterprise)
Log in to GitHub.
Go to your Organization → Settings → Billing & Licensing.
Click Billing Contacts.
Add your Pemo inbox and mark it as Primary.
Save your changes.
Notes:
You can add multiple contacts and choose one as primary.
Billing Managers also receive receipts automatically.
Atlassian (Jira / Confluence / Statuspage)
Log in to your Atlassian account.
Click your avatar in the top-right corner.
Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
Choose the product or page you want to manage.
Click Billing history.
Open the Options dropdown and select Add invoice recipient.
Enter your Pemo receipt inbox email address.
Click Save changes.
Notes:
If you created your account after December 13, 2020, you may have already set an invoice recipient during sign-up — but you can update it anytime.
If the Add invoice recipient option isn’t visible, reach out to Atlassian Support for help.
Webflow
Open Webflow → Workspace → Billing Settings.
Scroll to Invoice Settings.
Update the recipient email to your Pemo inbox.
Save changes and verify after your next billing cycle.
Notes:
Invoice settings are available once a payment method is added.
You can also view all invoices under the same section.
