How to add your Pemo Receipt Inbox on Popular AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAi)

Step 1: Copy Your Personal Pemo Receipt Inbox Email

  1. Log in to Pemo.

  2. Go to More → Receipts Inbox.

  3. Copy your receipt inbox email

  4. Use this address in the platforms below to ensure all AI-related invoices go directly into Pemo.


OpenAI

  1. Log in to your OpenAI account.

  2. Click your profile or avatar, then select Settings.

  3. Go to Subscription or Billing.

  4. Under Payment Information, click Manage.

  5. Update your billing address, payment method, or company details.

  6. Save your changes.

Notes:

  • You can’t directly change the email associated with your OpenAI account.

  • If you need to use a different billing email, create a new account or assign a new owner in your organization.

  • Billing updates apply only to future invoices.


ChatGPT (Team or Business)

  1. Log in to ChatGPT.

  2. Click your profile icon and select Settings.

  3. Choose Billing or My Plan.

  4. Click Manage Plan to open your subscription settings.

  5. Edit your billing details — including address, tax ID, or payment method.

  6. Save your changes.

Notes:

  • Only the owner of a ChatGPT Team or Business account can update billing details.

  • The login email cannot be changed, but you can add additional billing recipients.

  • Changes take effect for future billing cycles.


Claude (Anthropic)

  1. Log in to your Claude account.

  2. Open your profile menu and select Settings → Billing.

  3. Update your payment method, billing address, and company details.

  4. Save your updates.

Notes:

  • The email linked to your Claude account cannot be changed.

  • You can update billing or payment information anytime.

  • Invoice edits apply only to future billing periods.


Anthropic (API / Team Billing)

  1. Log in to your Anthropic account.

  2. Go to Settings → Billing or Payment Method.

  3. Edit your company name, address, VAT or tax ID, and payment details.

  4. Enter your Pemo receipt inbox as the billing contact email.

  5. Save your changes.

Notes:

  • Only admins or billing owners can edit these fields.

  • Once an invoice is finalized, it can’t be changed.

  • Updates will apply to future billing cycles.
