Step 1: Copy Your Personal Pemo Receipt Inbox Email
Log in to Pemo.
Go to More→ Receipts Inbox.
Copy your receipt inbox email
Use this email address in Careem and Uber to make sure your ride receipts flow directly into Pemo.
Careem (UAE)
Open the Careem app on your phone and log in.
Tap your profile icon or go to Account Settings.
Select Personal information or Email address.
Enter your Pemo receipt inbox email.
Save your changes.
After every ride or order, Careem will automatically email your receipt to this address.
Notes:
Careem sends a detailed receipt for each completed ride or delivery.
If you don’t see receipts in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
For Careem for Business users, you can manage invoice recipients from your company dashboard.
Uber (UAE)
Log in to your Uber account or Uber for Business dashboard.
Go to Account Settings.
In the Contact Email section, replace your existing address with your Pemo receipt inbox email.
Save your changes.
For Uber for Business, go to the Billing Settings tab.
Update your billing address, tax ID, and invoice recipient email.
Add your Pemo inbox under Statement Recipients so that invoices are sent there automatically.
Click Save.
Notes:
Uber automatically sends receipts after each trip to the email on file.
Only account administrators can update billing details and invoice recipients in Uber for Business.
You can add multiple recipients if your finance team needs visibility.
