A bill payment leaves your Business Bank Account only when your Payment Order Authorizer (POA) authorizes it. You can authorize several payments at once with one verification, on the web or the mobile app.
Before you start
Who: the POA only.
Where: web or mobile app.
Set up first: an AP Clerk has requested authorization. See Pay a bill or mark it as paid.
Authorize on the web
In the left sidebar, select Transfers, then open the To authorize tab.
Select the Bill Pay payments to authorize. Each shows the invoice number as its reference.
Select Pay with Pemo. Check the total and the account the payments are paid from, then select Authorize payment.
Complete your verification with the code sent by SMS, or approve the request on your trusted device.
Each authorization needs a fresh verification. If you enter the wrong code too many times, wait for the timer before trying again.
Authorize on the mobile app
In the Pemo mobile app, open Transfers → To authorize.
Select the payments to authorize and authorize them.
Complete your verification with your code or Face ID.
If something looks wrong
You can Send back a payment instead of authorizing it. The bill returns to the AP Clerk in To review. See Change, cancel or send back a bill payment.
What happens next
A payment set to go now is sent straight away. A scheduled one waits in Scheduled until its date. The AP Clerk is notified, and the vendor gets a payment confirmation email if they have an email saved.
