You can download up to 1000 card expenses at once as a single ZIP file, with or without the attached receipts. The download is prepared in the background, so you can keep working while it runs.
Before you start
On the Card Expenses page, on web.
Super Admins can download expenses from this page.
Admins and Accountants don't get a CSV from this page. When you select Download, you'll be asked for a reason and sent to Accounting export, where the CSV download happens. See Overview of your Accounting Export page and How to download your transactions as a CSV file.
Select no more than 1000 expenses. The tooltip on the button reads Select up to 1000 card expenses to download when you go over.
Download expenses from the Card Expenses page
In the sidebar, go to Card Expenses.
Filter the list to the expenses you want, using the filters at the top of the table.
Tick the checkbox on each expense you want, or the checkbox in the table header to select the whole filtered page.
Select Download.
Choose whether to include the attached receipts.
Wait for the job to finish. Its status moves through Preparing download and Downloading to Downloaded. If it shows Failed to download, run it again. The download link only works for a short time. If it has expired, request the download again to get a fresh link.
The file you get is one ZIP. It always contains a CSV of the expenses you selected, for example Pemo-card-expenses-2026-10-22-14-05.csv. If you asked for receipts, the receipt files sit in the same ZIP, in folders named by month and year, so each expense's receipts stay together.
For filtering before you download, see How to save and use filters in the Transactions tab. For the CSV download from Accounting export, see How to download your transactions as a CSV file.
