How to add a receipt to a card expense

Effortlessly Attach Your Receipt After Every Transaction

Whenever you make a payment with your Pemo card, you’ll receive an instant mobile notification from the Pemo app, giving you all the details of the transaction and a prompt to attach a receipt.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Tap the Notification

    When you get the notification, simply tap it to open the Pemo app. It’ll take you straight to the expense that’s just been created.

  2. Add Your Receipt

    Click on the blue square to attach your receipt. Then, select “Use your camera” to take a quick photo of the receipt.

  3. Confirm and Done!

    Once the photo is taken, confirm, and your receipt will be instantly attached to the expense.

That’s it! Keeping your expenses organized has never been easier.

Pemo Power Tip: You can add comments to the expense as an explanation. To do that, click on actions, then select edit expense. Then write the note in its relevant field.

From your mobile app

If you didn’t attach your receipt right after making a purchase, you can easily do it later using the Pemo mobile app.

Here’s how to attach your receipt using the mobile app:

  1. Open the Pemo Mobile App

    Log in to your account if you aren’t already.

  2. Go to the Expenses Tab

    Navigate to the "Expenses" tab, where you’ll see all your transactions.

  3. Find the Expense

    Locate the expense you want to update and tap on it.

Tap on the blue square and choose a receipt from your phone to upload.

From your desktop app

If you didn’t attach your receipt right after making a purchase, don’t worry—you can always do it later using the Pemo web app.

Here’s how to attach your receipt using the web app:

  1. Log in to Your Pemo Account

    Start by logging into your account on the Pemo web app.

  2. Go to the Card Expenses Tab

    Click on the “Card Expenses” tab to view all your completed purchases and withdrawals in one place.

  3. Find the Expense

    Click “Missing info” to instantly spot any expenses flagged based on your company's submission rules.

  • Click “Add receipts” and choose an image or PDF file from your computer to upload it to the expense. You can also add notes to provide more details or context if needed.
