If you need to find the number in the app
Open the Pemo app.
Go to App.
Tap More.
Open Documents inbox.
Tap the email icon.
Select Send to WhatsApp.
Things to keep in mind:
Accepted files: send receipts as an image (photo/screenshot) or a PDF.
Receipts must come from your Pemo number: send receipts from the same phone number linked to your Pemo account.
One number, one Pemo account: if your phone number is linked to more than one Pemo account, we won’t auto-match your receipt. This avoids matching to the wrong transaction and creating a messy month-end.
If your receipt doesn’t match
No stress. You can still add it manually:
Search for the transaction in the app.
Attach the receipt from there.
