Before connecting Pemo with QuickBooks, let’s make sure everything’s set up correctly.
1. Check user access
In Pemo, you’ll need to be an Admin or Accountant.
In QuickBooks, you’ll need Admin or Standard access to connect integrations.
2. Gather your essentials
Your QuickBooks login (with 2FA if enabled)
The correct company account if you manage multiple entities
A designated Payment Account in QuickBooks (or create one during setup)
3. Decide your accounting structure
You’ll be mapping:
Chart of accounts (expense categories)
Vendors / Contacts
VAT rates
Tracking categories (like cost centers or departments)
Pemo Power Tip:
If you don’t already have a Payment Account for your Pemo wallet, you can create one directly in Pemo during setup.
