Before connecting Pemo with Wafeq, let’s make sure everything’s set up correctly.
1. Check user access
In Pemo, you’ll need to be an Admin or Accountant.
In Wafeq, you’ll need access as an Admin or Accountant role with integration permissions
2. Gather your essentials
Your Wafeq login credentials (with 2FA if enabled)
The correct company account if you manage multiple entities
A designated Cash or Wallet Account in Wafeq (or create one during setup)
3. Decide your accounting structure
You’ll be mapping:
Chart of Accounts (expense categories)
Vendors / Contacts
VAT rates
Departments or Cost Centers
Pemo Power Tip:
If you don’t already have a payment account for your Pemo wallet, you can create one directly in Pemo during setup.
