Before connecting Pemo with Xero, let’s make sure everything’s set up correctly.
1. Check user access
In Pemo, you’ll need to be an Admin or Accountant.
In Xero, you’ll need either Standard or Advisor access.
2. Gather your essentials
Your Xero login (with 2FA if enabled).
The correct company entity if you manage multiple organizations.
A designated Payment Account in Xero (or create one during setup).
3. Decide your accounting structure
You’ll be mapping:
Chart of accounts (expense categories)
Vendors / Contacts
VAT rates
Tracking categories (like cost centers or departments)
Pemo Power Tip: If you don’t already have a payment account for the Pemo wallet, you can create one directly in Pemo during setup.
