The Transactions page in the left sidebar shows every transaction on your company's cards and wallet in one place, so you don't have to open each card to find a single payment.
What you’ll find on the Transactions page
You'll see every type of transaction in one place: card check, purchase, withdrawal, refund, top-up, chargeback, cashback, wallet debit, wallet transfer, SaaS fee, purchase reversal, refund reversal and withdrawal reversal.
Understanding the transactions view
The Transactions page shows all spend activity. Use its filters and columns to find transactions and understand their status.
Pending and Declined tiles
Jump straight to the data you care about:
Select View on the Pending tile at the top of the Transactions page to see payments that haven’t gone through yet.
Select View on the Declined tile at the top of the Transactions page to view failed transactions, including the reason they were declined, such as a restricted merchant category, a country that isn't allowed, or ATM withdrawals being off, and what to change in the card settings to fix it.
Transaction status
The transaction status shows the outcome of each payment, so you can check whether it completed or needs attention.
Status | What it means |
Completed | The transaction went through successfully, and the funds were transferred as expected. |
Reversed | The transaction was cancelled or refunded. The funds were not deducted or have been returned. |
Pending | The merchant has placed a hold and the transaction is still being processed. Settlement usually takes 1 - 3 business days depending on the merchant and card network, and can take longer if the merchant delays submitting the final charge. No action is needed; contact support if it stays pending beyond that. |
Declined | The transaction failed. Select the transaction for more details and how to fix it. See Reasons for declined transactions and what to do. |
The Transaction status filter offers Completed, Pending, Declined and Reversed.
Approval status
The approval status shows where each transaction stands based on your company’s approval policies.
The Approval status filter offers Approved, Pending approval and Rejected.
Approved - The transaction was reviewed and approved.
Pending approval - The transaction matches one of your approval policies and is waiting for an approver. Approval happens after payment.
Rejected - The transaction was reviewed and not approved.
Transaction type
The transaction type tells you what kind of activity each entry represents. The Transaction type filter offers these types:
Type | What it means |
Card check | A test charge by the merchant to verify the card. |
Purchase | A regular card payment. |
Withdrawal | Cash taken out from an ATM. |
Refund | Money returned by the merchant. The original transaction will still appear inside Pemo. |
Top-up | Funds added to your Pemo wallet. |
Chargeback | A payment disputed through the card network. |
Cashback | Money returned to your wallet as cashback. |
Wallet Debit | An amount debited from your Pemo wallet. |
Wallet Transfer | A transfer involving your Pemo wallet. |
SaaS fee | A Pemo subscription fee. |
Purchase reversal | A purchase that was reversed. |
Refund reversal | A refund that was reversed. |
Withdrawal reversal | A withdrawal that was reversed. |
