Card offers are discounts Mastercard makes available on your Pemo card. You claim an offer in Pemo, then apply it on the merchant's own website. Offers are claimed in one of three ways, depending on the merchant: with a discount code, with a redemption link and no code, or by emailing the merchant. The drawer tells you which one applies.
Before you start: Any role can open Card offers. You claim offers in the Pemo web app. Which offers you see depends on your company's registered country.
Claim an offer with a discount code
In the Pemo web app, select Card offers in the left sidebar.
Find the offer under Most popular, Browse by category or More benefits, or search for the merchant by name.
Select Claim offer on the offer you want. A drawer opens showing the offer details, Via Mastercard and the discount code.
Select the code (Copy code) to copy it.
Select Redemption link to open the merchant's redemption page.
Apply the code at checkout on the merchant's website.
Once you've claimed it, the offer shows Offer unlocked and View in Pemo, so you can come back for the code.
Claim an offer with no code
Some offers don't use a code. The drawer reads No code needed.
In the Pemo web app, select Card offers in the left sidebar.
Select Claim offer on the offer.
Select Redemption link and claim the discount on the merchant's site.
Claim an offer by emailing the merchant
A few offers are redeemed by contacting the merchant directly.
In the Pemo web app, select Card offers in the left sidebar.
Select Claim offer on the offer.
Select Email followed by the merchant's name and ask for the discount using the address shown in the drawer.
If something doesn't work
The code is rejected at checkout. Check you've entered it exactly as shown on the merchant's site. If it still doesn't work, contact Pemo support.
The page shows a load error. Pemo couldn't load the offers catalogue. Try again later.
