Deleting a team removes the team from your company and takes every member out of it. You delete a team from its card on the web.
Before you start: You need to be a Super Admin or Admin, and you do this on the web app. No approval policy may still be linked to the team. Deleting a team can't be undone.
Delete a team on web
Select Members & Teams in the left sidebar and open the Teams tab.
On the team's card, select the three dots (⋮), then Delete Team.
In Confirm Team Deletion, select Confirm.
If any approval policy is still linked to the team, Pemo asks you to unlink it first. Use View to open each policy listed and remove the team from it, then select Delete Team again. See Setting up Approval Policies.
What happens to members and cards
Everyone in the team is removed from it and their role is reset to Team Member. They keep their Pemo access.
Cards stay with their cardholders. They are not terminated and they are not moved to another team. If you want those cards to sit under a different team, add the cardholders to that team after deleting this one.
Budgets are not affected by deleting a team. A budget rule that was scoped to the deleted team stays in place and still points at that team, so you need to edit or recreate it by hand if you want it to cover a different team.
