The Spend overview card on Home shows company spend for a period you choose. To compare spend by team, member or type of expense, use the Leaderboard on the same page; see Spend leaderboard on Home.
Before you start: You need the Super Admin, Admin, Accountant (Internal or External) or Team Lead role. The dashboard filters are on the web app only.
Choosing a date range
The date filter sets the period every figure on the dashboard is calculated for, including the comparison shown as Change vs previous.
Select Home in the left sidebar.
In Spend overview, open the period filter.
Choose a period (This month, Last month, Last 3 months, This year or Last year), or choose Custom and pick your own start and end dates. The default is Last 30 days.
Spend overview shows This period, Last period and Change vs previous for the period you chose.
