Trust your phone once to approve future web logins from the app. This lets you skip the verification code step each time you sign in.
It also keeps your account safer. Logins from untrusted devices require approval from a phone you own.
Before you start: Anyone with a Pemo login can do this, whatever their role. You need both the Pemo web app and the Pemo mobile app. Install the Pemo app on your phone and log in to it before you start.
Trust your phone from the web
Open the Pemo web app login page.
Enter your Business email, select Continue, then enter your Password.
Select Log in.
Select your name in the bottom-left corner, then select Devices. It opens in a new tab and lists the devices with active sessions on your account, with the columns Device, Location and Last active. You can also log out of devices you don't use anymore or don't recognise.
Find your phone’s device entry and select Trust This Device on the right.
Enter the verification code Pemo sends you by SMS. If the text doesn’t arrive, check your email for the same code.
Select Trust This Device.
