How to change your registered phone number in Pemo

Need to update the phone number linked to your Pemo account?
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide to help you do it in a few taps.

Pemo Power Tip: You can only change your mobile number on the Pemo web app, not on mobile.

Step 1: Open your account settings

  • Go to the bottom left corner of your Pemo dashboard.

  • Click on your account (your name).

Step 2: Go to “My Account”

  • From the menu that appears, select “My Account.”

  • This will open your personal account details.

Step 3: Tap “Change Number”

  • In the account details section, look for the phone number field.

  • Click or tap on “Change number.”

Step 4: Enter your new phone number

  • Type in the new phone number you want to use.

  • Double-check the number to make sure it’s correct.

Step 5: Complete the verification

  • Pemo will send you a verification code (by SMS).

  • Enter the verification code in the app to confirm the change.

  • Once verified, your registered phone number is updated.
