Connecting Pemo to Wafeq helps you sync expenses, contacts, VAT rates, and chart of accounts automatically — so your books stay accurate without manual entry.
1. Check your access
In Pemo: You need to be an Admin or Accountant.
In Wafeq: You need Admin access to connect integrations.
2. Start the connection in Pemo
Log in to Pemo
Go to Accounting Export
From the integration list, select Wafeq
3. Log into Wafeq
Click Connect to Wafeq in Pemo.
You’ll be redirected to the Wafeq login page.
Enter your credentials and select the correct organization.
Review permissions and click Allow Access.
Reminder: Only Wafeq Admins can authorize integrations.
4. Choose your payment account
Select the Payment Account in Wafeq that represents your Pemo Wallet.
Already have one? Select it.
Need one? Create it directly in Pemo during setup.
Pemo Power Tip: You can update your payment account anytime in Accounting Settings.
5. Data sync from Wafeq to Pemo
Pemo automatically imports:
Chart of Accounts
Vendors / Contacts
VAT rates
Departments or cost centers
This ensures your categories match Wafeq’s structure.
6. You’re ready to go
Once connected, you can:
Categorize expenses using Wafeq’s chart of accounts and VAT lists
Export transactions directly to Wafeq with receipts
Reconcile your Pemo wallet quickly and accurately

Wafeq option missing? → Contact Pemo Support to enable it.
Wrong company connected? → Disconnect and reconnect the correct one.
Need a new account? → Create it during setup or in Wafeq under Accounts.
