Understanding Your Pemo Wallet Statement

Each month, your Pemo Wallet Statement lists the month's settled (cleared) transactions, including cashback, top-ups, refunds, fees and transfers, together with the opening and closing wallet balance. Statements are produced per wallet and per month.

The PDF is generated on the 3rd of each month for the previous month and is available in the web portal. Declined and reversed transactions are excluded.

This helps you keep track of spending, reconcile expenses, and stay on top of finances.

How to access your statement

  1. Go to Statements in the main navigation bar.

  2. Select the month you want to review.

  3. Download your statement in your preferred format: CSV, PDF, or Tax Invoice.

Choosing the right format

Each format contains specific fields to help you analyze your expenses. The overview below compares the available formats.

Format

Best for

CSV

Data analysis, bulk transaction review, and importing into accounting software. The CSV adds an Opening Balance first row and, when the month is closed, a Closing Balance last row.

PDF

Quick reviews, easy printing, and sharing with your finance team. The PDF shows a starting balance and a closing balance.

Tax Invoice

Compliance, VAT tracking, and bookkeeping.

For a detailed breakdown of each field, see:

Cashback tracking

Cashback appears in your statement as a transaction line with the type Cashback. The total cashback and the current month's cashback are shown in a separate widget on the Statements page, not as a total line on the statement document.

For more information, see Earning cashback with Pemo.
