How to save and use filters in the Transactions tab

Filtering your transactions helps you get to what matters faster. You can narrow down results by type, status, approval, and more. Once you find the view you like, save it as your default so it’s ready every time you log in.


Filtering Transactions

You can filter transactions based on:

  • Transaction type (e.g., card, reimbursement, cash)

  • Status (e.g., pending, approved, declined)

  • Approval state (e.g., awaiting, completed)

  • Other criteria depending on your needs


Steps to Apply Filters

  1. Click the Filters button at the top of your transactions page.

  2. Select the filters you want to apply (transaction type, status, approval, etc.).

  3. Your list will instantly update to match your selections.


Save as Default View

If you always want to see transactions in a specific way, you can save your filter settings:

  1. After applying your filters, click Set as Default.

  2. Your chosen filters will automatically appear each time you open the transactions page.
