Open the request
The link shows only the shareholder details and documents requested for verification. Keep the link private, because it gives access to your request.
Provide details and documents
Complete each field shown. Correct any field marked as rejected.
Upload the requested documents as JPG, PNG, PDF or DOCX files.
Upload no more than five files at once. Each file can be up to 20 MB.
Continue until the request confirms that you're done.
If the page is blocked
If the portal is temporarily unavailable, select Retry. If a field doesn't save, it returns to its previous value. Enter the answer again.
