Understanding business verification requests

What Pemo asks for during business verification, and who completes each part.

Your business verification request combines company information, details about company officials and supporting documents. What you see depends on the application and where your trade licence was issued.

What Pemo requests

A corporate card application and a business bank account application can ask for different information and documents. Your licence jurisdiction also determines which document checklist appears. Pemo shows only the fields and documents assigned to your application.

Who completes each part

Only an account admin can complete the company application. For each shareholder, the admin either fills in their details in the app or sends them a private link to add their own. A shareholder who gets the link doesn't need a Pemo account and sees only the details and documents requested from them.

Availability and boundaries

The shareholder link opens a responsive web page, so it also works in a mobile browser. It is limited to that verification request. It does not give access to the company's Pemo account.
