By participating in the Pemo Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs"). Pemo reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to all registered Pemo users with an active account in good standing.
Referred companies must be new to Pemo and create a company account using the referrer’s unique link.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to receive referral rewards.
Employees of Pemo are not eligible to participate.
Users whose accounts have been previously terminated by Pemo for any reason are not eligible.
2. How the Referral Program Works
A referral is considered “Pending” when a referred individual signs up using the referrer’s link.
A referral becomes “Qualified” once the referred company completes company verification and is approved by Pemo.
A referral is “Approved” once at least one team member of the referred company:
Receives their Pemo card
Makes their first transaction using the card
Once a referral is approved, the referrer will receive a reward as outlined in the Reward Structure below.
3. Referral Reward Structure
The reward increases based on the number of successful referrals:
✅ 1st Approved Referral – 1,000 AED
✅ 2nd Approved Referral – 1,100 AED
✅ 3rd Approved Referral – 1,200 AED
✅ 4th Approved Referral – 1,300 AED
✅ 5th Approved Referral & Beyond – 1,400 AED each
4. Reward Distribution
Once a referral is approved, Pemo will review and issue the reward.
Rewards are sent via email with a link to redeem them as a gift card from participating brands (e.g., Amazon, IKEA, etc.).
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Pemo is not responsible for any delays or technical issues in the delivery of rewards.
5. Referral Limitations & Restrictions
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Referrals must be genuine. Any attempt to create fake accounts or manipulate the system will result in disqualification.
Only one referral per company is allowed. If multiple referrers invite the same company, the first valid referral will be credited.
Pemo reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Program Conduct & Compliance
By participating in the Program, you agree to:
Not misrepresent yourself as a Pemo employee, agent, or authorized spokesperson.
Not send spam or unsolicited messages through any medium (email, phone, social media, etc.).
Not use automated bots, scripts, or other mass-messaging tools.
Ensure all referral communications comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Not promote the referral program in a way that violates individual rights, promotes hate, discrimination, or engages in deceptive practices.
Violating any of these guidelines will result in disqualification from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any unpaid rewards.
7. Program Modifications & Termination
Pemo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
If the Program is terminated, any pending referrals that have not been approved will not be eligible for rewards.
8. Liability & Legal Considerations
Pemo’s liability is limited to the total Referral Rewards paid or payable to the referrer in the past three months.
Pemo is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
The Program is subject to all applicable local laws and regulations.
9. General Terms
By participating in the Program, you agree to Pemo’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Pemo reserves the right to disqualify users suspected of fraud, abuse, or violations of these T&Cs.
