When you sign up with your business email, Pemo checks whether your company already has an account. If it does, you're offered the chance to join it instead of creating a second one.
Important: Sign-up happens on the web. Use your business email address. The sign-up screen asks you to Make sure to use business email. Your first and last name must be in English letters only.
Creating your account
Open the Pemo sign-up page and select Get Started.
Enter your first name, last name, business email address and phone number.
Enter your business name. It must be 3 to 60 characters, using only letters, numbers, spaces and hyphens. Full stops and other special characters are not allowed.
Set your password. See Password rules when you sign up for what it must contain.
Select Continue to agree to Pemo's Privacy Policy and Terms.
If you already have an account, use the Already have an account? link on the sign-up screen to sign in instead.
Joining a company that is already on Pemo
If your email domain matches a company already using Pemo, you'll land on a screen headed We found your company on Pemo, asking Do you want to join followed by your company's name.
Select Join your company to be added to that company's Pemo account.
Select Use a different email if the company shown isn't yours, or if you're setting up a separate account.
If you were invited by a colleague instead, follow How to accept your invite.
After you join, complete your identity checks, see Completing your user verification.
