We’ve made topping up your wallet even easier and more reliable. Until now, your transfers were processed through a shared system. That sometimes meant slower processing times and less visibility.
Now, every customer has a dedicated IBAN — an account number that belongs only to you. Think of it as your own personal top-up lane.
Here’s what this change means for you:
Faster top-ups – your funds move straight into your wallet within hours. See more info on timings here. You no longer need to include a reference number.
Real-time updates – track and log your top-ups directly in Pemo.
More control & security – fewer errors when sending funds, since your IBAN is unique to you.
Starting October 30, the old top-up method might not be accepted. That means if you haven’t switched, your transfers could fail. To avoid disruptions, please start using your new IBAN for all top-ups right away.
This small change ensures your wallet stays funded smoothly — faster, safer, and always in your control.

How to Add Your IBAN as a Beneficiary in Your Bank App
Adding your IBAN as a beneficiary means you’ll only need to save it once. After that, you can top up quickly whenever you need to.
Here’s how:
Open your banking app or online banking.
Go to Add New Beneficiary (sometimes called “Add Payee”).
Paste your new IBAN and bank details from Pemo.
Save the beneficiary.
Make your first transfer — your wallet will update faster than ever.
